Yes, the end in the backpack has a flex section, and there's braid around that. It's a standard FM downpipe (2.5"). The bendy is a few inches from the cat-side flange, and it has my wideband bung in it.Fred wrote:Love the self portrait

do you have the down pipe braced to the box in some fashion? (I do, but mine is going to cause it to rip)
why was it only welded top and bottom? that would cause it to be able to flex and therefore accelerate the work hardening project
