Today was a bit frustrating: running on little sleep, no MAP adjustments or testing, no timing tests. It was a struggle to get the (re)wiring in place for the 4 ignition outputs, mostly because the only wires I had available for delicate work were from Radio Shack's solid-core wire assortment. Short lengths were unforgiving, would become hot enough to melt their insulation, and cause bridging. The current arrangement is safe for testing, but is hideous and needs to be reworked in a cleanlier manner and with waste flux removed.

The good news: Picked up some resistors and other goodies at Radio Shack, the 4 outputs tested properly, the jumpers for each pair are now in their default state of GND, and the wiring to the ECU socket is done. Fred sent me a third firmware file which I've loaded (his original "Listener" allowed me to primarily check for tooth count and sensors, the second to test RPM and perform additional sensor testing, and now this one to run). The rev limiter's been set to 6000rpm, 300rpm above stock.
Tomorrow: Timing with DeuceEFI and malcom2073, wire up injectors.
