Hard to tell now that the cassette drive isn't working anymore. Honestly, I can't remember wtf I was talking about.

Regarding the Taco, did more lifting to the front and back, completely replaced the front suspension with AC Delco parts and some quality gas shocks. Once everything was nice and predictable (compared to the results of 10 years of abuse), I threw on some 33x12.50x15's and now it's like driving around on marshmallows. Literally went airborne today while gunning through an intersection on a yellow light. Glorious. :D

MUCH more rice to come.

EDIT: added beautiful side shot.

Too late.

One of those will probably snag a branch, though, resulting in enough damage to gain "offroad cred".

^ Picked up a third member a while back during a lunch break. Going to throw a Richmond 4.88 and Lock-Right in it someday (not especially enamored by Yukon). Trying to keep the odor down, hence the tupperware. "Hot n' fresh out the kitchen."

Image
^ Finally wired up the fog lights and aimed them correctly using some better bracketing.

Image
^ Swapped the gauge cluster with an SRT model that includes a tacho. Was hitting high RPMs at highway speeds and figured it was about time to get a better idea of what was going on and when.

Image
^ Added the gator head and slapped an Interco sticker on the rear window (seen in the rearview mirror). Both resulted in massive HP gains at the wheels.

A decent truck? Ohh...you must mean this!

I'll have to put your "flying taco" logo on the fender when that day arrives.

That definitely would be a fun swap.

(Personal reference: Cummins 4BT)

I've thought about vertical exhaust pipes. Seems like people down here with pipes leading skyward must either be parking under cover or are letting water well up as they don't appear to have any raincaps installed. I see so much crap spilling out of horizontal tailpipes on vehicles that I'd hate to miss any warning signs.

Indeed, I did mean "this" ;-) I have to say, I do like the 4bt, it's a cool little engine. I don't think it'd be a good choice in your truck, though.

make it inclined to the left, it would also blind anyone that would try to overtake you.

But if no smoke, not vertical pipe :)

Also how about some rigid axles ? I can get some Nissan H233 (like my Patrol has) axles with a vaccum operated rear locker from around 1k, parts there would be hard, but I doubt you would be ever needing them. CV joints are custom made easily. Dana 60 guys would be green with envy tough :p
