The display isn't the fastest, esp compared to the the NGK AFRM. The afx output though the analog though is quicker than the display. personally I trust the data from my afx with ntk sensors over any other sub 1000 usd unit. if you are after a good bosch controller, I suggest you look at bosch's own wideband controller.

Doesn't Bosch's own unit just use its own IC and thus give mediocre performance and accuracy? That's what I remember reading in this very thread.

Hm, well thanks for your advice, but it does seem you're recommending products which plenty of other here have said are pretty average

Hey Hentai, can you send me your AFM units for me to benchmark? I will post the results and video of the testing. In return, I am willing to pay or give you some of my products.
Back 2 years ago, I benched a new NTK AFX unit with new NTK sensor, it was posting a difference of ~0.4 AFR difference than my calibration gas. Since then I have not been very impressed with NTK sensors and NTK lambda ICs, the AFX unit used an NTK chip to control the NTK sensor. I would like to have an opportunity to test another controller for the NTK sensor.

I don't remember seeing anyone showing any info on bosch's wideband controller. http://www.bosch-motorsport.de/media/ca ... 627pdf.pdfprobably because its not cheap at 2835.73 USD

I wouldn't mind but I need to buy new sensors first for them and I may send them off to get updated to run ( D Version: 0.30 to 1.15 λ, 4.37 to 16.76 AFR (gasoline), 1.94 to 7.44 (methanol) ) and freshened up. I also have a pair of NGK TC 6110 D units if you are interested, made by the same company. AT 400 dollars a wideband sensor and who knows the cost for a service and reflash, it will be a while before I put these into service. My NGK AFX units will my work horses till than.

Its a wideband system like all the others with 4 inputs and allows you to datalog nearly all the variables effecting the wideband sensors. money is why, I don't have it nor I am in a position to benefit from it right now. I have my two AFX units and my AFM1000's that need to be freshened up
