Fixed. A trace was missing by about 0.5mm, possibly happened while replacing the resistor which didn't have 1k, but 273k instead. Unsure if the FET was dead, probably not, woops. RIP FET.

Now runs on 4 and runs strong when it's in a clean part of the tune. I guess I'll have some help for tuning as of Wednesday morning, so I'll likely work on some other stuff now.

Sorry! :/. If it works on the second computer and you can use that, I'd be interested in taking a look at your EEE if you can leave it in the state that it is in until I get there? The stack trace you sent me doesn't look like it's something that I can test for/avoid, but if it's possible I'd like to try :)

Yep, I'll leave apt-get alone. Can you push a branch without the fatal line in it for me to get on with this with, though?

Running OK with a VERY rough tune: http://youtu.be/sdm3yVVEXw4

Revving to high heaven/limiter with Fred-DBW: http://youtu.be/tFvHz03v1_E

Hentai, you suck. Alan rocks. That is all.

More vids to come soon, but this phase of the WikiSpeed car FreeEMSing project is complete. The car has a rudimentary drive-by-wire system setup on it and can be revved from the driver's seat and idles from cold to hot with a smooth reduction in revs. Good times.
