I've been trading emails with Warn costumer support, they recomended moly grease on the shaft and some special oil on the gears, they said that auto trans fluid also works. Most guys here just use engine oil.

So I made a boo boo when re assembly and the last planetary was upside down, but I could only notice when actually trying it.
The mud on the gears was some much that it was almost impossible to know the correct sides.

Everything works nice and smoth winch-wise.
The electrical controller is way too messy, I shall take it apart, rebuild and document it.

For all the wiring I plan to use the following Molex Connectors:

Image
501820-3201
Image
64334-0100
Image
64319-3211

They are all sealed and compact wich is awesome to bring the wiring to the engine bay.

I will use these locally available waterproof connectors, they're a pain in the arse to wire up, but everyting is rubber sealed.
I really don't want to overlook this, its not fun to discover that dirt and other gunk is draining electricity from the circuit.

The rear locker takes way too long to engage that could be.

1) Vacumm lines - After 23 years of life the rubber can't be perfect, it might be leaks or dents and other age related trouble.
2) The solenoid valves - These are a problem, they just suck, don't have enough power and age makes it worse. Its a money saving move, they have 2 solenoids instead of a 3 way one. These will be replaced by an industrial grade 3 way-one, no need for the disengage solenoid to be "always on", its a poor design.
3) The locking pin gear is getting worm out - The gear theeth might getting worm due to engaging the locker while on movement (altough I doubt this locker was barely been used before) and 2) and 1) might also cause this.
4) There is water on the vacumm pums - I doubt this one, just because I doubt the previous owner actually used it offroad, it worths checking tough.

Any recomendations for a 3-way solenoid valve ?

Guys I need sugestion.

I am trying to get a wideband kit. The obvious option is the Innovative MTX-L
It uses the Bosch LSU 4.2, it has controller built in the gauge, analog output, and the controller supports diesel.
I am also finding great prices on ebay for it.

Any feedback on those ?

Thanks, I mailed toalan, and the controller is only built to read to 10 to 20 AFR, i need way higher values.
Also thanks for the sugguestoion of using the SLC OEM to get the raw data I love it, altough I need to manage time, so I will go with the Innovative for the time being.
