The Build....

Wiring during construction, clearly seen the different locations of signal wires, driving wires and starting/charging wires.

Image

Left = Relay box
A = Acc relay
E = ECU relay
F = Fuel pump relay
30 A fuse from battery

Center = Starter Relay
Right = Ignition driver

Image

Wiring of the relays, all feed via the blue wire.

Clearly I didn't take this photo... My wonderful helper and camera operator Rula did!!

Under the control panel still along way to go there.

  • - Assemble control panel
    • - Obtain gauges (RPM, temp, vac/pressure, voltage)
      - Mount gauges
      - Add charge light
      - Add power indicator
      - Mount ACC switch
      - Tidy all wiring under control panel isolating nosy from signal
  • - Wire in alternator and fuse
  • - Build small exhaust and mount o2 sensor for tuning
  • - Setup a small closed loop cooling system with attachment for external cooling.
  • - Add inline fuel filter

Yes, I would, but not as overdue as this post! :-o
It's still a work in progress, but has run! see the vids *coming soon*
Where, where? Oh, soon. That's April 2013, right? :-p

Very cool, Presto!

Now we just need it where you are, or you where it is, or it where I am, or to train up your mrs to test for me! :-)

I prefer the latter option. She wouldn't fuck with shit randomly, either! :-p

Too long? :-p I went straight to the shop, bought "componentes" en espanola (where I'd like to be later), and came straight back. I only missed your incessant abuse by 50 minutes or so. Anyway, this is OT. Let's slug it out via M$ VOIP :-p

For any other readers, don't bother to click that. It's just an article about how people who live in the 'naki and don't have a chick handy keep themselves occupied.
