Today I walked a LONG way and bought some capacitors and a soldering iron tip. I also realised the best way to handle file history in OLV http://issues.freeems.org/view.php?id=447

Last night I developed a grep regex (not good with regex...) that will let me hunt down incorrect white space in the code.

Typing little, achieving a bit anyway. Wrist is improving, but still touchy. If I'm careful I'll be able to resume normal duties in a few days. I'd like to move most support stuff to voice with skype or voip, though, as chatting and emails are what did the damage. Forum and tracker don't help either, but can't be avoided, really.

First day back at the desk, arm aching again already. Need to keep to ultra light duty typing and not chat/post/email/issuetrack much.

Got a box today, had some interesting things inside it!

One of which was a jaguar board, which I've started assembling already! viewtopic.php?f=67&t=1697

Tomorrow I get to pick up another box. Fuck you, Spanish customs! You're a bunch of bludgers at best, and extortionists at worst! I will find a way to circumvent your thieving ways.

I just threw a project road map up and a thread on xgate bb use, too.

viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1700 - XGATE Big Bang Use Guide

That ought to make things crystal clear.

Announcing three new weekly special events:
  • Tuner Tuesday
  • Circuit Saturday
  • Website Wednesday
With the rest of the time dedicated to the usual array of chores/tasks/coding/etc.

IE, I'm going to dedicate Tuesdays, every week, to bringing a new stable more complete tuning solution to FreeEMS users (and OLV and loader work, etc). And I'm going to dedicate Saturdays, every week, to hardware development of some sort of other. Tomorrow will be RavAGE review, as that's well overdue. Monday will also be a tuner day to get the ground work laid out for Tuesday and subsequent Tuesdays. Don't expect much OLV/loader/tuner work from me outside of Tuesdays, and possibly weekends/evenings for fun, though. Most of the time must continue to go into managing the entire project in all areas, and developing the firmware. EDIT: And, of course, website Wednesday, too. It's time to get the sites looking good enough to eat, to match the quality of the system.

Bump, added website Wednesday. Might have to add slacker Sunday, then it's 50% firmware 50% other things and a slice of nada!

Due to a few problem users causing issues of the non-software kind, I've written a guide for IRC use here: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=1711

Mac cleared out, only ff with 5 tabs.
Rav rev started.
Tuner work started.

No major progress.

Website Wednesday is tuner day too this week. hopefully less bullshit tomorrow. I'm fucking sick of these bastards who show up and act like they own the place. Considered ending project, closing down server earlier today... not happy at all...
