It looks to me like the AD12DXXYZSM http://www.technologicalarts.ca/catalog ... cts_id=251 stepper driver board will handle 4amps at 48 volts per channel?
With 12 channels it would seem to me that this board would allow someone to run 8 injectors and 4 coils (wasted spark) without any additional hardware development? I understand this is a stepper motor driver and as such it might be less than optimal for driving injectors since you might have a problem overlapping the injector firing. (ie. One injector opens, the second injector opens, the first closes and then the second closes).
But I really like off the shelf solutions. What do you guys think?
