Working on it. I don't understand one bit how it works but perhaps a lucky break is lurking around a corner, who knows?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but .bak and .*~ files should be in .gitignore and not checked in. Otherwise, yes, I've got a copy, and it looks pretty compact :-)

I got to see the Cinch in person several days ago. I figured I'd post some notes. The heat sink bars are potted, and it appears they can't be removed. The case plastic is quite a bit more rigid than I expected. Also it looks like the above KICAD has the spring retainers backwards. I updated and pushed to github. Here are some pictures of how the spring bars should be installed, or at least that's now I believe they should be installed.

FYI if anyone wish to use PADS for PCB design, I have made PCB templates suitable for ModIce enclosures.

...although I really don't believe that anybody wants to use PADS just because of its "competitive" pricing; schematic licence is "only" ~500USD while basic layout/PCB licences cost roughly 5000USD per piece. If anyone is using PADS for his/her hobbies it is probably just because that is available through work. :-)
