+12v from PC power supply -> 200uf electro capacitor -> 0.1uf ceramic capacitor -> 7805 reg + heat sink -> 0.1uf -> card

I got lazy and just ordered mine all assembled and clicked "yes" when they asked if a 12V pwer supply too.

No, the electro shouldn't be non-polarised, they cost 10x as much. 220uf is more common, i assumed you'd just choose something close, exact numbers don't matter :-)
Are you sure you want a bread board like that and not a piece of generic proto board to solder stuff to? I wouldn't get that, personally.
