General

Make: Injector test bench

Fuel setup

Injection control: Yes
Injector config: gain/batch
Injector count: 1 to 4
Injector flow: 190cc/min to 2500+ cc/min

Accessories

Idle control: None
aircon input: no
knock sensing: Yes - plan to use a KS on the fuel rail to determine dead time from when injector is energized to when it "clicks" open. Not manditory, I have a DSO, but would be nice.
pwm fuel pump: no

Sensors

Cam and crank wheel style: Must be able to generate own timing test patterns (or I can buy a Jim Stim, no big deal)

Misc Notes

I am primarily interested in simulating 1-3% duty cycle for determining low (idle) flow balance, as well as 85% and 100% duty flow. Toss in 25% and 50% duties, or ability to adjust to suit just in case. Ooooor I can find a way to do so through the existing software interface.

Basically, I can make most any standalone work for me, but I'm desperately trying to blackmail Fred in exchange for red wine and couchspace.

Displacement: 1.6-2.2
Cylinder count: 4
Cylinder config: I4
Compression level: 7.5:1 - 14:1
Induction style: ITBs/Single throttle (yes, both)
Strokes: 4

Fuel setup

Injection control: Yes
Injector config: port
Injector count: 4
Injector flow: 310-2000cc

Ignition Setup

Ignition control: Yes
Style: Distributor/COP (both)
Config: normal

Power adders

Nitrous: No
Boost type and level: Turbo (and NA), ~25 psi
Boost control desired: Yes

Accessories

Idle control: 2 pin PWM
aircon input: no
knock sensing: no
pwm fuel pump: no
anything else: ?

Sensors

Cam and crank wheel style: Distributor Honda 24+4+1, can ignore the 4 and be treated as generic 24+1, as used on 2JZ-GTE and some LSx. VR sensors.
Cam pattern: 1 tooth per cycle sync
Crank pattern: 24 tooth per cycle
Variable Valve Timing: no
Air measurement: TPS/MAP (both), with baro please
Wideband: Yes, 0-5V analog.

Misc Notes

I have a pile of these cars and would gladly connect to multiple rainbow flavored setups.

I'd happily tune a SD boosted ITB application on alpha-N if I am provided with a proper high resolution boost correction table. My current course of action is to run a Ford Focus ECU as I prefer a MAF implementation for boosted ITBs, given all the alternatives I've experienced.

Model: TRX850
Engine Code: none listed
Displacement: 850cc
Cylinder count: 2
Cylinder config: Parallel twin. its a 270deg crank. Its effectively a V-twin, but its side by side, so its parallel twin.
Compression level: 10.5:1
Induction style: dual ITBs
Strokes: 4

Fuel setup

Injection control: Yes
Injector config: port
Injector count: 2
Injector flow: 360cc

Ignition Setup

Ignition control: Yes

Config: normal

Power adders

Nitrous: No
Boost type and level: None currently, but have a turbo here waiting to go on, max would be 15psi / 1bar.
Boost control desired: Yes

Accessories

Idle control: Stepper
aircon input: no
knock sensing: yes - Bosch universal "donut" style.
pwm fuel pump: suzuki Hayabusa pump with a fuel float.. dont think its PWM.
anything else: nope.

Misc Notes

i got a bunch of pics to show whatevers needed.. Crank, 36-1 timing setup. Have a looky @ www.tr1x.org if needed.
I have 2 motors, the current "stock" one is as listed. I also have a spare motor with 907cc, 12.5:1 and much head work, different cams, throttles, etc.. Config is essentially the same, but its worth noting.
