Misc Notes

Nothing/Anything unique or weird or special about your setup that we even so much as MIGHT need to know about.

Its a honda motor in a 65 mini cooper. Not much of an issue other than a lack of space for anything and being sick of the stock ecu/ignition setup. I will be running a modified mitsubishi cam angle sensor in place of the stock honda distributor.

Cylinder config: I4
Compression level: 10:1
Induction style: Single throttle
Strokes: 4

Fuel setup

Injection control: Yes

Misc Notes

No TPS, the gas pedal has a pot to control an electronically driven throttle (called by fiat as Drive by Wire). The pedal pot can give a measure for accel enrichment, but in the end it depends on the speed of the throttle.

3 boards are for destructive testing/reflow testing/circuits testing.

Will fill out details when I have them, or destroy them, or if some of them is lucky and gets into a car.

General

Make: SAAB

Displacement: 2.0 litres
Cylinder count: 4
Cylinder config: I4
Compression level: 9.5:1
Induction style: Single throttle
Strokes: 4

Fuel setup

Injection control: Yes
Injector config: port
Injector count: 4
Injector flow: 334 cc/min (Bosch 431 red tops)

Ignition Setup

Ignition control: Yes
Style: COP
Config: dodgy saab - need low level trigger which goes low at spark time for table interpolated time then returns high

Power adders

Nitrous: No
Boost type and level: turbo 220 kpa
Boost control desired: Yes

Accessories

Idle control: 2 pin PWM
aircon input: yes
knock sensing: yes (Need pin which I pull low when knock is seen - external board, APC module)
pwm fuel pump: no
anything else: A/C output, ELCD (purge valve)

Sensors

Crank wheel style: 36-1 Hall with cam 1 per cam rev Hall
Cam pattern: 1 per rev
Crank pattern: 36-1
Variable Valve Timing: no
Air measurement: MAP with baro
Wideband: Yes 0-5V/10:1-20:1 AFR

Misc Notes

All 4 ign outputs need to come up hi (cold boot) and stay hi until they fire. I will be using 2n2222s or equivalent for all ignition triggers. These lines must be pulled low when the ignition is fired for between 10ms and 1.6ms on a curve from 500rpm to 7krpm. Initial testing could be done with a flat 1.6ms trigger duration at each firing event.
