I don't mean to be a cock, but I feel this needs to be said:
Dan wrote:Andy only offered me a price with rocket-ship freight ($85USD or something like that) because I was going to rush it at the time of asking, I forgot to ask him for regular/semi-express postage prices.
IRC wrote:12:22 <@DeuceEFI> RavAGEr, 6-10 day delivery $24USD, 3-5day delivery $80USD
12:22 <@RavAGEr> The target MCU has no clock or wrong BDM clock speed is used or derivative is secured.
At least now the current shipping for one BDM to Oztrayleeyah is documented. :-p

I imagine that you're OTP right now anyway.

Thought I would have a night off lol

In all seriousness though, is that the price? And do I just pay Andy with PayPal?

Dan,
My USBDM is still $32.00 USD plus shipping:
Priority Mail 6-10 day delivery to Australia is $24.00 USD
First Class Mail (no delivery estimate) to Australia is $13.00 USD

I do have some in stock ready to ship. :-)

Hi, Fred & Dan!
I am from the country where Hotcat lives in. (China)
I have been keeping an eye on freeems for almost 3 years.
Now, I just registered and joined this forum! Becasue I have a large amount of spare time from now on.
I have got a Nissan Cefiro A31 in 2011. I disassembled totally after a month, but I did not have enough time to rebulid it till now.
So, I will buy a RB25DET S2 Engine in a few weeks and start to work on it.
Also, I got an ECU of RB25DET before. An replaced the HD6475348CP10 CPU with HD6475348CY10.
The CY10 cpu is reprogrammable and I burn a new remapped .bin file into it!
Yeah, it is not funny at all when comparing to the Freeems!!!
I am glad to see Dan engaged in this stuff! I am eager to study abt the EFI system and here is a great chance for me to take part in!
I think this project could also be developed into something like nistune... With freeems, we could make the real-time tuning of RB25DET into reality.
That's what Nistune can do...
OK, back to the theme! I could help you if you have problem in finding the 76-pin connector. Also, I could help you to find anything else.
Besides, could you share me with your project files? The schematic diagram file and the PCB file? I would love to make one myself...
Feel free for asking for my help. I feel proud if I could help you!

smegma, great to see an RB fan in China! Especially one so enthusiastic :-)

I would recommend waiting until Dan proves his current board can function before printing anymore of them. Even if it's cheap to print boards (and I know it is) there is still the parts and time assembling that will be wasted if it's no good.

Hi smegma,

Yes please hold off and wait for me to verify the current design.

If you could help with finding the 76-pin connector that would be great ?

Thanks for your interest!

Cheers,

Dan
