You can/could keep the fancy clamp. But you don't strictly need it. It protects the board from bad wiring jobs. If you're careful and this board is mostly just for you, it's not necessary. If you intend others to use this board, then keep a clamp. If you intend the clamp do a good job, keep the fancy clamp. If you just want a "best effort" basis protection, put a 3W 5.6V zener across it. It's up to you/It's your choice.

It's OK, but:

1) The thin traces look too thin? Easy to break/cut/scratch, hard to see/notice/fix.
2) Maybe you can move the LEDs and put the FETs even closer to the connector?
3) Perhaps you can put the highest current stuff at one end of the connector and flow towards RPM inputs at the opposite end? Right now you have the high current in the middle, kind of.

I have enlarge traces

FETs just next to connector and LEDs move

Yes! :-) Much better :-)

I'd probably beef up the power/ground traces for the regulator more, though. You may want to drop those grounds down into the plane below too.

Consider moving 12v from 22 to 10 and making 22 a second ground like 21 is?

What is the point of the top side ground traces on the caps/reg?
