Check that your repository is public and not private. Did you choose "public" in this form when creating the project?

I guess if it's private when only you can see it when logged in. You can probably change this setting later from the repository "settings" tab.

private is not possible if you have a free account

I just recieved an answer from github support.

I can see your account while logged in, but still not while logged out. Maybe it takes time to propagate, though.

Load/CEL circuit is wrong and will burn CPU.

Did you borrow any/some of this from Jaguar? If so, you need to include the license file(s).

oops
I have lost to make some cleaning on my libraries

I use work made on Jaguar and RAVage schematics.
I'm noob in this so I'm going add licence file like you say

For Load/CEL circuit I'm using the ravage cpu schematics
I can't develop a complet board so I use work already made ;)
