Purpose Of The Incubator

This section isn't for general posting. If you have some ideas about a project that you'd like to tackle, get in IRC and have a chat with us about them first. This is for existing ideas to grow in discussion threads as project contributors work on them. If they grow and mature into something awesome, they'll leave the incubator and get a section of their own.
I blatantly stole the idea from Apache who does the same thing on a much larger scale, here's a link: http://incubator.apache.org/
