AiToR51,
Sorry to hear about that, but welcome to the small club (4 people that I know) of those who have managed to killed a processor.
You want to replace it with the same Freescale/NXP MC9S12XDP512MAL processor.
The suffix
MAL means:
M = -40C to 125C operating temperature, the
L = 112 pin LQFP footprint.
You want to stay away from the CAL (-40C to 85C) and VAL (-40C to 105C) suffix processors as they have a narrower operating temperature range.
Here is a link as a reference:

You may find the processors in the UK or Europe at a better price, just make sure they are genuine Freescale or NXP parts.
Be wary of processors from eBay or from a Chinese websites as they may not be genuine processors!!!

well,near two years later is repaired
after a few hours of work.
was able to load the s19 using your usbdm and made a fast test of comms with EMStudio, I've to check all inputs and outputs.
although is sad to see this project in this slow growing state.

Congratulations from a fellow member of the exclusive "burned ecu through my own stupidity and replaced it myself" club.
