Jaguars Before 0.7-alpha Susceptible To Noise

Post by Fred »

Just a heads up, all prior Jaguar boards (A3, 0.4-alpha, 0.6-alpha) have less than ideal ground/power distribution around the CPU. 0.7 has this resolved nicely and should be more stable in harsh environments. In non-harsh environments there should be no discernible difference, however I guess it's possible that ADC performance could be worse too, but I've never noticed an issue with it on earlier Jags. This is really a note to remind you to always use a metal box as a faraday cage, and to do a good job with power and ground wiring.
