Wanted Jag board

Post by Hentai »

I'm after a Jag board and would like to know how much someone would charge me to get one built and ready for testing?
Honestly I don't want to make one and my SMD ablities are non exsitent at this point.

Hey Hentai,

I am happy to post you my jag pcb after I have finished A) assembling it and B) testing what I want to test with it.

I will need it for the next month or two max.

Let me know what you think?

Cheers,

Dan

I don't have any more Jaguar A3 boards left to sell, you could PM Kennybug to see if he has any left.

The changes from A3 to A4 are fairly extensive, so if you can hold off for 1-2 months, I'll finish the design changes and have a batch of A4 boards made.

lLuiksl, what engine are you wanting to run with a Jaguar PCB?

PMs are frowned upon. You should only use them for transmitting private information. Anything project related belongs on the forum in plain sight. I've heavily restricted a number of people for violating this principal, don't be one of them. What's your question? And who were you trying to PM?

Like Fred stated, PM's are frowned upon unless you are communicating sensitive information (email addresses, PayPal info, etc...)

I hand soldered all the ICs (including the Freescale MCU) on Jaguar A3 Serial #'s 2, 3 and 4; the USB UART/MAX9926/ADUM1201/MOSFETs on the Jaguar A2 Serial #1; and finally the ADUM3201 on the Jaguar A3 Serial #1 (the rest of the IC's on this board were baked on in a homemade reflow oven). I use a Weller WLC100 soldering station with a Weller SPG40 iron with a Weller ST7 0.03" x 0.79mm conical tip.

I use a lead free solder paste from a syringe along with a separate flux paste (also from a syringe) to solder on the ICs using either a reflow oven or a soldering iron.
