As Fred found building the board I sent him, I missed a 1k resistor between the MAX9926 outputs and the Port T0 and T1 inputs on the MCU. :-)

I have read it in todo.md; but find it quite difficult to solder a tiny SMD 1K on the trace... still figuring out how to do it.

Have take time to finalize my ignition proposal. I have copied the RavAGE design.
the XOR output will connect to 2 MOFET. and then 2 Mit J121 module. :P

Clever! :-) That should work OK. I found that it didn't work as well as I would have hoped in my testing, though. Yet to complete that testing. RavAGE has a TODO too - you should see the list of testing further down the file. Ask before doing stuff, not after, it'll save everyone time :-) The 200 ohm resistors need to be high power. This is mentioned in NOTES.md in the RavAGE sources.

Don't worry about the 1k resistors, they're not needed while the device runs legitimate firmware. Be careful using bench test, though. Even then, I think I made it safe, but not 100% sure.

You should probably use it to verify your outputs, but let me check it for you first... OK, it is set to outputs, but it's also set to low state, so it should be safe to use.

My Code Warrior completed installation. TBDM talking hiwave.

I have to complete all SMD soldering this week.

PS.

The BDM i use is available in ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/FREESCALE-S12-B ... 0727152847

However, I am not buy it from ebay.
The same product is selling in online electronic market @ around USD 10..

I am not sure it is 100% working. Will need to test writing the SM to the MCU next week. stay tune. ;)

Ken's Serial#1 99% done!
This is a cost saving version for 4 injectors only :P

Except opto-coupler/PNP bridge & port jumper wires. :P :P

Based on Andy's repo MD on Jaguar assembly, task that will carry out on Saturday morning:

Check MCU +5v power output
Check analog +5v power output

fan & fuel pump outputs

Sunday is Monther's day. 80% of the weekend will be occupied by wife, mother, mother-in-law & my daugther :lol2:

wish you guys a happy mother's day 8-)

You should see mine! I've really saved on costs with no output whatsoever :-)

Good work!
