I have placed an order from Silver Circuits (http://www.custompcb.com/) for the first 4 Jaguar Revision A3 PCBs this evening. :-)
Production is estimated at 5 working days then 2 days for FedEx shipping transit.

EDIT: changed UPS to FedEx as that is the company Silver Circuits used for shipping the order.

Assembly of Jaguar A3 board Serial #1 has begun along with finishing the assembly documentation.
A new build thread will be started very soon showing the construction of the first Jaguar board. :-)

A video has been linked in another thread showing the first A3 board communicating with MTX.

Andy, something that I just realised that isn't obvious if you're not a dev is that you should be tagging the revisions in your repo. You may also like to include the output files of each set that you send to be made in such a tag. Too late now for the output files for the previous ones, but never too late to add a tag to the appropriate commits. If you could please tag your A1 A2 A3 stuff appropriately such that we can visually diff (or kicad diff) from them to current or between each, that'd be good. Let me know if you need a hand doing that.

Just out of curiousity, what PCB manufacturer did you use?
My PCB vendor is a random pick from the Taobao.com (Chinese version of eBay).
They even do not have an official shop name.
I will post the PCB pictures here while i got the PCB next week.
