CubeECU

Post by malcom2073 »

So I figure I should cross post this information here, since it is DIY hardware.

My Plan:

Use a TA card (http://www.technologicalarts.ca/catalog ... cts_id=367)

With dual backplane connector (http://www.technologicalarts.ca/catalog ... cts_id=451)

And daughtercards, I can fit 3 on the backplane (http://www.technologicalarts.ca/catalog ... cts_id=137)
The backplane has a spare connector, which allows me to add more expansion if needed... I don't think it will be.

It will look something like this: http://www.technologicalarts.ca/catalog ... magesID=94

All the circuits and components are coming directly from Jaguar's schematics:
https://github.com/DeuceEFI/Jaguar
So I know they're good :)

Here's what I have so far, the three daughter cards

The Injector Card, there's some spare space, I may do ignition outputs on there too.

The almost finished Analog Input Card. It's pretty packed full, 6 inputs.
Wideband O2, Coolant Temp, Intake Air Temp, Manifold Air Temp, Throttle Position, and Battery reference voltage.
Not all of them are neccesary, but they're routed and I'll have sensors for them

The third card just has the MAF on it so far, and I have no real good pictures of that yet. I will probably also add extra relay outputs for fuel pump and fans, as well as whatever VR solution Fred comes up with for me :)
