May the comments, shit-giving and humour commence!

It's good to see you doing what you're told for a change! :-p ;-) :-)
This image doesn't do the smell of the interior of this car justice! :-p

Indeed Fred commented that it was a long motherf****r, I could not help but blush.
ROFL!!!
flywheel machined with 10 more grooves in it to create a 12-1 type signal.
What is your ETA on completion? I need to write some code for you to do that, and I need a little warning.
Up till now the car has run reliably 1st on a MS1 V3 board then downgraded to a MS1 V2.2 when I stole the V3 for my supra which I will FreeEMS next.
Fixed! Sorry for putting words in your mouth :-)
The current engine is junk as it suffers from much blow by after a heroic boost wind of 18PSI.
LOL, it's so so so funny to watch this little monster tearing up the pavement!
so it is a perfect candidate as a test mule and its simple set up makes for easy implementation of a fledgling EMS.
Fledgling??? Tears... OK, not really, and fair enough, I suppose! In the immortal words of, probably hundreds of, boxing announcers, LET'S GET IT ON!
I must thank those involved in procuring the TA card for me
A nice American man, a slack Wellingtonian and me! :-)
Fred for having confidence that id actually do something with it.
You had bloody better! :-)

Excellent post, brightened my morning right up! Time for some brekky!

Dear Daniel, may I proudly present a 12-1 decoder with a theoretical limit of 35 thousand RPM :-)

viewtopic.php?p=18462#p18462

I trust that this meets your needs sufficiently.

Dear Fred,

I am happy that the decoder has a theoretical limit of 35krpm.
I will endeavour to operate my vehicle in such a way as to make use of this limit.

please prepare yourself for pictures of a broken citroen motor.

I also want to very much see your engine experiencing this limit!

Well Dan, its seen 8k rpm on 5psi boost, and its only a small leap from 8k to 35k. isn't it? I may have to increase to boost to say 60psi?

I'm not sure but I think I may experience some reliability issue's at these levels, with the ECU that is, not the engine.

ROFL!

Dan, for the record, with some valve spring mods and crank case stiffening, the ONE PIECE rods in this would probably spin out to 35k, though things like alternators and bonnets may be sent into a permanent orbit... around pluto...

I doubt that they'd take 60psi, though, bendy bendy :-) I have some bendy experience :-)
