That removes my biggest complaint about MS3, though it's still non-free, and the licensing is even tougher than it used to be, so is ms2e, though.
I guess the Chinese can start manufacturing now, or perhaps not. I didn't look to see if they implement any sort of security measures or not. I just saw someone mention it and thought I'd put it here for the world to see.
Schematics for the cpu card are still not available, but that shouldn't present much of an issue to the Chinese :-)

A friend just asked me where to find it: "I can't find the ms3 source code to laugh at :-("
So I dug up the link. I'm putting it here for two reasons, number one, for reference, number two, because there is only one ancient version available. Thus the source isn't really available at all. Just a symbolic decoy, nothing more. I previously understood that they'd be doing rolling laggy source releases months behind the bleeding edge, however that's not the case. Further poor form.
