It would seem that the V8 Disk could be converted to a 24 event by firing two 15 count compare matches (software event) between each falling edge of the inner slot (which should be evenly spaced on the disk), along with those 8 falling edge events. This would provide 24 equally spaced events.
Ive been looking over the code a tiny bit the last couple days, very nice work Fred, man, you have put tons of time into this already. Im getting familiar with the C and beginning to understand where everything is at and how it works. I wont have the hardware for a while but ill be looking into helping.
there isnt really much to tweak with it anyways its just a logic box.
