Well, on Friday night around 1230am (technically Saturday morning) I ripped the hotel firmware off using the "karma" laptop and loaded up the last rip from April, and drove the car for the first time in nearly 3 months!
It was nearly out of fuel when I parked it up, and between that, being broke, and having only one ECU to share between the Hotel and this, I just abandoned it. But not anymore.
I took it and filled it with 98 RON 10% ethanol fuel (hmmmmm) and it's been getting some solid usage over the weekend until just a few minutes ago when I parked it back up.
First start was easily as if it had run yesterday. First key on I heard the dry pump gurgling and pulling fuel back into the lines, then stable/quiet like normal. Lifters didn't clatter like they did in the donor car and like they did after storage. One of them still has a bit of stickiness and clatters sometimes and goes away. I guess the amonia filled nulon lifter cleaner has mostly been doing its job. Good :-)
I'll have to put one of my other ECUs together for this car, or the hotel, so I can keep them both alive/available with ease. Both have the infamous motherboard molex connectors in them, so I guess it'll be my 0.7 Jaguar that goes in. Both also have water ingress issues, but neither are a big deal now with drainage in place and summer on the way.

Also, someone damaged it while it was parked for 3 months:
