Nice!

I'm fairly certain your hands have touched part of engine #7 also.

VTEC is yet to kick in, yo! However considering how it already sounds, imagine what it'll be like when VTEC *does* kick in, yo!

Congrats Josh! sounds pretty mean. I was just in Escondido an saw about 10 English Minis at a restaurant. Some sort of club: reported by a Mopar guy. None as pumped as yours though....

Ah yes the SD mini club. They do lots of breakfast and talking about the good ol days, I am in the shop building stuff. I have been quite busy with work and have not done much to the car other than tidy up some wiring and get the cold start a little more dialed in. I should have a weekend soon (hopefully a Spartin wide band will show up in the mail) and actually make this car do something worth posting about.

A post for the record:

S19 differences from last commit to first start/running:
  1. VE 60% to 85% flat
  2. Dwell from { T(2.00), T(1.80), T(1.60), T(1.50), T(1.40), T(1.30), T(1.20), T(1.10), T(1.00), T(1.00), T(1.00), T(1.00), T(1.00), T(0.90), T(0.70), T(0.50)} to { T(8.00), T(8.00), T(8.00), T(8.00), T(8.00), T(8.00), T(8.00), T(8.00), T(5.00), T(5.00), T(5.00), T(5.00), T(5.00), T(5.00), T(5.00), T(5.00)} this likely needs to be made better.
  3. Timing 10BTDC to 0BTDC for cranking column only
  4. Decoder offset 0x0 >> 0x6C66 OR 0 >> 555 degrees
  5. Running sync confirmations from 0xA to 0x0 (11 to 1) < Should be raised to 2 or 3 if clean and not going to cause any issues.
  6. Time tolerance values from 0x01F4 and 0x07D0 to 0x00F4 and 0x09D0 corresponds to values of 100% and 100% to 310% and 151.2% < this is excessive and a total guess, need logs to fine tune.
S19 differences from first start to Kyle's tune from Jan 17th:
  1. VE from flat 85% to new table with different axis etc
  2. Priming table changed significantly
  3. Engine Temp Enrich table changed significantly
  4. Timing from flat 10BTDC with 0BTDC cranking to new table with different axis etc
Hopefully no changes since, and hopefully this runs well!

I'll roll these into the source and get a new S19 for him to load, if the car fires up on that, I'll roll a new rebased S19 and he can try that, if good, he can continue on with that and you can get me a solid non-vtec tune. Get me the VTEC pin you used so that I can configure it to be off for you too. Once we have the non-vtec tune and the vtec hooked up but off, we can set a switch point and add a table for this, and you can generate a mostly complete VTEC tune from say 3k up. Then you can dyno it in vtec and out and choose the best switch point scientifically. Or even just by VE numbers being better/matching.

EDIT 26/08/2015: VTEC, yo, is on Port B7. Source, Andy, who fixed up the Jaguar for this car.
