WikiSpeed's unique car #1 and FreeEMS engine (#26)

Post by Fred »

Just fired up the WikiSpeed car on FreeEMS in Lynnwood WA! Took a few goes and by the time it ran it was on 3 cylinders! :-o But it ran, up to about 3k RPM, with a big air leak, which when blocked gave a low idle due to 3 cyls. Success! Bad video(s) tomorrow. Home, dinner, bed now! :-)

Congratulations, Fred. Exciting news and great details. Looks like this one put up a fight before you reeled it in.

Good spotting! :-) I hadn't seen that until just now. Apparently there are more, too, save me!

Non working spark output?
Reminds me of when I have a bad coil pack that wouldn't fire properly after sitting over night in the cold, finally it died a couple days later.

No, dodgy injector output. Looking into it now.
