engine specs is:
2.0 16v with MLS head gasket
forged rods and used forged mahle opel C20XE pistons. Should give me around 8:1 of CR. I would prefered to be on 9:1 but this piston combo is the CR which it gives to me.
DIY Exhaust manifold
383cc/min Nissan skyline R33 RB25DET sidefeed injectors. I need bigger ones.. If anybody can recommend me a set I'm open to ideas. Here the most common is top feed injectors, but this engine has sidefeed.

Firstly started on MS, but yesterday I drove it a little on FreeEMS. I've to tune VE tables a little more.

for the moment, turbo spool is not good. I'm controlling it by canbus commands.

I'm having problems above 4000 rpm on boost. Firstly had a lot of syncloss, but solved it partialy cleaning grounds and some connectors.

Now it doens't loss sync but it feels like ign cut and in logs you can see wrong rpm

log attached, but with a note, I had some problems with my LC1 WB and it auto recalibrated with bad measure, so it's crazy in this log.

Aitor, 200km on FreeEMS recently is good news, and a lot more than I've done recently! Sadly, having looked over the previous page, I don't know if we have an immediate solution for you. So as a horrible work around, lower your rev limiter until this isn't an issue anymore, say 5 or 5.5k or so?

One test you could do for us is to rev the engine out in neutral so as to see if the boost, PWs, and timing come into things.

I've a log I made today on road, at 80kpa it reached 6100 rpm without any problem.

In this engine I don't know with exactitude if Injector flow could be a problem, they are 380cc@3bar. My fuel system is around 3.5 bar without vac, so they should flow a little more, and 0,5bar of boost should be not a problem.

But in the previous engine (from which salae screenshots are from), it was an NA engine near STD with std injectors, so injectors should be ok (also with MS was ok), but when injector PW were near the max is when the engine failed with FreeEMS.

Good info! I have an idea. Talk later.
