What do you mean by "adapt configuration" can you elaborate?
And how are the injector outs in different places, seems odd.

I made today some tuning but I'm having problems above 4500 rpm over 80kpa. I've lean spikes. Driving it feels like some injection cuts.I've tried with different VE's but is the same

I remember to have similar problems a few ages ago with high boost and was aproblem of spark wires, but now this only happens to me with FreeEMS and no with Megasquirt.. So I don't know

I would suspect it has to do with MAP bouncing around like it is. Look at how much it causes VE to bounce as well.

Lean spikes can be caused by a lot of things, including being too rich.
Nag me later and I'll pull down the log and comment further. There is evidence for most of the reasons available. The screen shot is not enough, sadly. My fault, there :-) Still, they're just for illustrating ideas, actual logs should be shared to help diagnose, which you've done.
In the mean time check:
All cut bits: 16 or 32 of them, I can't recall
Sync loss counter, and if stepping reason
Adjust ranges of traces to make them look fair (0-absolute max for MAP/RPM/BRV/Dwell, 0.5-1.5 for EGO/Lambda).
Tell us about your ignition drive circuit? This is critical to good ignition performance. Weak spark could cause misses which show up as lean spikes. Fuel cut and/or ignition cut limiters can cause lean to show up even if the mixture isn't. Sync loss will cause lean spikes to show up. Your BRV looks fucked, it will be affecting your dwell and fueling for sure, but it's not clear how fucked it is, or if the traces are exagerated.

Also, and unrelated, the fact that your VE drops to 35% and your AFRs go super rich on lift off could imply that your dead times aren't quite right, just FYI.

I don't see any sync loss on logs neither injection/ignition cut
about the possibility of being a rich mixture which can cause missfires could be, but is strange as I started with a very low VE, and I went increasing it by 5 units each test. I only uploaded 2 logs but I've done a lot more tests.
About ignition circuit I'm using megasquirt standard one. 2 x BIP373 installed on ECU. Wasted spark coil.No distributor. On MS I used 4ms of dwell when running, the same as with FreeEMS
I will check sparks.

4ms + 4ms = 8ms + 2ms of spark time = you could rev it much higher without dwell limiting being required, so I doubt that's the issue. Could be missing tooth limitations hitting you, I guess. Paste your scheduling config in a

Your calls to UISR flag is set in both logs. That's concerning.
Extract your tables, get them into source with your own tool (love it!, get my copy, i tweaked it some more) and rebuild with the fueling angles +/- 30 degrees and retry on each variant. Get a log from just after key-on till the end of the run so we can look for the first onset of the UISR bit.
