Some changes made
Changed injector size to 315cc
Changed injector dead time table
Changed MAP sensor values to 1 bar AC delco unit

This first pic has the sensor on a 20.5in line at the firewall coming off the same port as in the 1st map sensor pic, same gm\ac delco 1 bar map sensor as seen in the other pics

Rest of the data has the pics of the map sensor placement above the results

Coil dwell, went from 4ms to 4.8ms and majoirty of missfiring went away.

Are you running your ignitors at limited 12v or limited 5v?

limited 12v
but iirc I saw only 2v spikes going to the ign module from the ecu when I scoped it, from the ign module to the coil I saw 12v spikes.

If you only have 2v at the ignitors, something is wrong. Can you check you have 12v at the other side of the resistors? And that their values are correct (100 to 200 ohms)? If correct, and 12v is being fed in, and that's the final voltage, then your ignitor is drawing a lot more current than any of the ones I've measured and you may need a lower resistance value, or to find out why it's drawing more current and fix it.
