I had a veri high opinion of my English (soviet education), but then tried to Skype...
No practice - no understanding, just set of word.
Ask simple questions in English please.

STC is right about 90% don't speak english. but it's different from the poll results

I voted "like a native" (because I am) so that I could see the results! Interesting! And yes, I'd gathered that, though I've had a few google translate PM conversations all the same :-)
And yes, LOL @ poll results for a poll asking about a language in the language it's asking about. Probably didn't think that through too well ;-)

Therefore majority of answers "More than a little" and not one "nothing".

Exactly! I should have asked it in Spanish to level the playing field LOL :-)
I guess just grep the database for .ru emails and divide total from above with that number for the real answer.
