I heard that seed and itead use the same factory to make the pcbs, i have had pcbs made by both places and they look identical to me. Generally I prefer itead only because the order process is a bit easier.

I have used dirtypcbs a couple times, and they seem ok. Good if you use eagle to layout the pcbs as you can just upload the *.brd file.

I recently used http://www.elecrow.com and am very happy with the outcome.

Quality was excellent, both board and silkscreen.
Reasonable prices (itead/seeed comparable, maybe even cheaper).
They send a picture of the finished boards before shipping them, this gives great piece of mind.
Shipping was not bad for Chinese standards..took about 3 weeks to get here.

I use OSHpark and Seeed studio, both are good quality. Seeed is cheaper but slower, OSHpark seems to be slightly better quality and faster. Seeed gives you more options though, PCBthickness, finish, color.
