Great sense of humour.
Brilliant!

You appreciate what you had if you face to loose it ...

This was a good one!
Didn't fool me, but sure gave me a good laugh :lol2:
A well thought out and implemented april fools joke!

I will admit to having some afterthoughts about it though, like "could this actually be real?"

I just had to log back in to fb because of this. Bruce sent them a takedown notice for the page, and this was the process I had to follow after entering my password:

I sent him an email saying "just ask". No sense of humour... or perhaps MegaSquirt4 is about to become a real thing?

I agree that the page was funny, and well done. The problem is, you can't be President for Life of the "Mega$quirt $uck$!!" club, constantly heap scorn and derision on their code, their schematics, and their business practices - and then expect them to laugh at a cheeky bit of satire.

I wasn't really expecting them to laugh, however displaying some common courtesy and manners is a good start. If you have a problem, go to the source, don't go to a third party as a first step. That's just childish and sad. If you can't get a resolution from the source, sure, leverage available tools. I'd forgotten about the page, and considered it rotting with about 3 likes on it. If he'd just said drop it, I would have immediately done so.
