Windows Users: The App That Inspired CuteCom!

Just came across it today, might be a good choice for trying to take binary datalogs on Winblows. If some of you could test it out for me so that I can either recommend it or not, that would be great! People I have in mind:
Preston, Peter, Andy, em_knaps, Spudmn, and anyone else with a win machine. Hmm, I could boot my EEE into it and try it myself, I guess. It would be the first time running windows since I setup Debian on it! Except when I reset it to auto boot into windows as a security measure for border crossings.

EDIT: I've changed my mind about this program, so ignore the first statement and "The bad:" category.
Not a fan.
A few things that I liked about it:
I opened it and changed to 115200, and odd parity. Then when I opened it back up it kept the settings I switched to.
It only displays the ports that are available, and when I opened it to use it I hadn't plugged my usb to COM cable in yet. All I had to do was click rescan to get it to show com12.
It seems to have most of the setting you might want to change out in the open, and easy to find.
The bad:
It freezes every time I try to record a log.
It looks like it'll only save the files as .log

Turns out my initial findings were wrong.

If I understand this happened at 115kbps, right? Is option "Stream
log" checked or not? Do you use latest version?

You want 115200 baud rate, 8 data bits, odd parity, and no handshake.
In the settings you have to check the "Stream log" box, which is what I hadn't done.
Also you can save the logs as .bin if you type .bin after the file name you're using, and then change the Log files (*.log) selection to All files (*.*).
I didn't find anything I don't like about this terminal window. Which is more than I can say about TeraTerm and Realterm. Plus the designer is helpful, and fast to respond.
