Freds Holiday from FreeEMS duties

Post by Dan »

I would like to implement a minimum 1 week time off period for Fred who is currently stressed, overworked, tired and injured.

Although I would like this to take affect immediately, I am happy to liase with you (Fred) regarding when this is to happen.

I take full responsibility for hardware related queries on the forums/irc and anyone with these queries can contact me on those channels during this time.

Firmware related issues can either be put on hold and be tended to upon Fred's return OR someone else can step up and take on the role for the period that Fred is away.

Fred, mate this is for you to reset, you could do with this time off buddy.

Others in support of this, please post here.

Fred, during this time I dont want you in the forums or on IRC or doing anything FreeEMS related. You need this time off mate! If we catch you doing such, your time off period will reset and the 1 week off will start again :-P

Cheers,

Dan

LOL, nice try, no cigar! No rest for the wicked. I've got a number of things on the go that I need to tidy up before I take any such break. I'll be taking some time out in the city soon to try to get residency with my new papers. If that goes badly, I'll be taking time out in Auckland at my considerable later expense! I'll also be taking some beach time out soon. And some time out drinking with my old boss. And some time out with guests arriving from Poland, Auckland and Melbourne. The only thing that needs a rest is my left arm. Which it's not getting right now replying to you! :-) I should just make the forum read only for a week ;-)

Indeed, only good things can come from a much-needed rest.
