Secu-3 EMS Project (AVR)

Another forum member linked this recently, but I thought I'd throw up a thread with all the details in one place. I'm putting it here for now, but no license is displayed, so as far as I'm concerned at this time it's not open source/free software. I've emailed him to check, hopefully he replies. I'll move it if he doesn't add a license, or doesn't reply.

I svn co'd it and have a copy to nosey at. As the original poster noted, all comments are Russian. If any English Speaking Russians read this, they could contribute English comments to his project...
I have no idea of the intended specs of it, but it has a low pin count, so possibly not very ambitious.
