Hey, I'm changing the rules for option 2:

To check freeems-vanilla is running ok, I also have to install the FT232, USB connector, and both 5v regulators. That would be $75, and is pretty much the same you get with the TA board, without RS232,485 and CAN, but with built-in USB.

For those who really want only the SM loaded, I can load it without installing the USB-related stuff, but I see some weird behavior with that, and I can't be sure if the thing is working correctly. That would be $60, but don't ask for guarantees :-)

Btw, shipping cost is $8

Now i have a more accurate idea about shipping:
1 bare board: $8 (it looks like a letter)
2 bare board: didn't try, but may look as a letter too.

More than 2 bare boards, or option 2 boards: $15, shipped in a box

Just for the record, this is long since over. Marcos says that future spins will have very limited closed production runs (by him at least) so Puma is likely out until further notice unless you DIY the entire thing. Also, there is a cheap (50usd) BDM available from TA (and from other sources for cheaper too) which make a blank PCB more reasonable.
