Ok
A way to "Increase humidity admission air" is water injection or rain :D
There are techniques to increase the chamber turbulence, but it is a engine tunnig top secret :P
I believe that the methanol injection is a way to Increasing Fuel Octane.

But, talk about is very good.
Everyone together, adding knowledge.

If you see my sig, that engine is 10:1, and I pushed 17psi into it... I knew it wouldn't work, so I added toluene 33% to the gas. It worked very well. Meth is a good way to add octane, but I'd be hesitant to use it unmetered as in a traditional h2o injection system. A large part of the goodness of adding water is the latent heat capacity of the water. Just adding humidity isn't as good. I realise it makes a difference, but not as much. Indeed, talking is good, but at some stage, with your help perhaps, I will split this thread and make it an article proper as the section indicates.

Thanks again for posting up :-)

This is a great article, but it needs cleaning up. I need to split it off into a comments thread of it's own and dfabros work. Remove my posts, and everyone elses too.

I'll get to that soon. In the mean time it can come out of articles and go into submissions.

Fred.
