bäda's MKII VW Golf GTI 16V

Hey again,
for those of you who have not seen it yet I introduced myself already over at the Introduction thread viewtopic.php?p=29548#p29548.
Here I want to present you the car which will hopefully be powered by a freeEMS run engine in the future.
It is a Mk2 Golf GTI with no real production date, because it was rebuilt on a factory new chassis by one of the previous owners in 1998.
Hence its not really a genuine GTI but it has no rust at all which normally is a problem here in southern Germany and I don't need to have any concerns about putting a heavily modified engine into it.
I own this car together with my brother, who is a cnc machinist at our family-owned small milling and turning workshop.
This circumstance provides us with a nice collection of tools and also allows us to machine some of our own parts.
The Golf was our first car and when we first bought it had no engine at all.
So we put in the whole drive train of a rotten GTI 16V and learned a lot about this car along the way.
