That Ute is going to haul one thing...ASS!!! That's freaking awesome. Love the DIY fab work. How did you round the plenum intakes? I have to do that with mine or make some stacks. Mine are still rough stubs.

It did/does haul arse, yes! :-)

The plenum was created using steel donuts sliced in half with an inner diameter that matched the runner pipe.

Before grinding/filing it perfectly smooth and rubbing it with emery paper:

After grinding it, and yes, the flow path is as perfect as it looks:

outstanding. I dont have the skills to pull that off, but Im going to epoxy said sliced "donut" rings over the top of my stubs so the entry is a little less shearing. That or something like this, but production pieces are $50 US per piece!!!! F that! Image

or go crazy with some Dollar store kids horn bits....Image

I will buy you a beer if we ever meet and you have used dollar-store trumpet parts for intake stacks! :-)

No recent pics of my engine bay in this thread, so here's one I uploaded to the FreeEMS facebook page earlier!

FB image, so likely to be a broken link at some point:

Bug me if broken and I'll fix.

My connectors have 23 pins. I will be setting up the Jaguar with 4 ground pins (2 for all FETs, 1 for reference, 1 for sensors), no digital inputs, and no boost pin.

I will make an adaptor loom to the above configuration minus the three. Pin out to come. The hotel ECU will be getting a matching pin out and a swappable ECU solution. Right now it's pretty hard-coded into the car.
