Maybe I can help you ? Soldering a TQFP doesn't scare me off, I have the tools :) The CPU can be ordered through Farnell in the Netherlands

But then it comes down to the board...
What board should i use
Puma,Ravage or the board Hotcad designed?
Is there a way around my problem?
Personally I think the RavAGE is the best choice but boards aren't ready yet and it's quite big.

I wonder: how hard whould it be to build a simple board in KiCAD based of the puma spin 1 files ?

You'd be better off using HotCat's files, have a look at them, if you haven't! :-) He did some RavAGE emulating, I don't know how close he got, but it could be awesome.

Two things:

1) Got a package from Canada via surface mail the other day, took two months to arrive.
2) Found this, thought it could be interesting/useful for you guys: http://www.freelabs.com/~whitis/electro ... cro_board/

Thx for the link Fred
Looked at the site and it looks like a nice board
Only thing is i cant open any of the files whit a pcb programme that runs in Windows so i cant do any thing whit it

Tried to make my own schematics in Kicad whit the help of the schematics from Ravage but i gave up
I cant find a lot of parts that are used or i cant find there footprints
I dont understand how to make my own footprints for Kicad and i cant find any tutorials for making them
In the freeEMS Kicad library i found there a also a lot of parts missing or they have no footprint
Cant get the Eagle to Kicad converter to work so no help for me there
And if a part is SMD i have no idea what part i can use that is though hole

There's always the toaster oven technique:

I bought an Aoyue 968 soldering station and have been pretty happy with it for casual soldering, hot air, and pick & place:
