My Car.

Post by Tony »

This is a project i started about 6 years ago it pretty much done now (not much more i want to do to it yet) it is a hand build replica of a Countach the body cam from a place called Euro Works this was the first car they ever build it changed hands quite alot before i got it and the owner before me burnt it for insurance money and thats how i ended up with it.

This is what it looked like when i bought it.

It has a full tube chassis, air ride, willwood breaks front and rear 18x12 and 17x8 billet wheels everything on this car was built by me, the car had a fiero transaxle in it when i got it but i swapped all that out and built a new rear cradle and put a audi 5000s 5 speed trans in it , the motor is a 355 chevy with eagle rods scat crank Edelrock heads trw pistons and a knock off single plane intake i modded for the injectors i used a 1050 dominator and gutted it to use it as a throttle body added a TPS sensor and made the linkage 1:1, i built the turbo kit for it the turbos are twin 67mm and twin 50mm wastegates ( i think ,it been a while since i did this car i cant remember for sure or not) .

It has MS1 in it right now controlling fuel and ignition i dont drive it very much anymore im usually too busy to even start the thing but i just cant bring myself to sell it for some reason .

(please forgive the bad pics these are old pics of it.)

I just linked a friend to your threads, they said this :
he's probably the kind of guy auto manufacturers and race teams dream of but never find
They are pretty talented themselves :-)

And another :
that guy is good (is an understatement)
We are all impressed! :-)

That's real sharp! How much horsepower?

Those Audi transmissions always impress me with what they can handle. Does somebody make an off the shelf adapter/bellhousing or did you do something trick?

Nice work, now all you need to do is upgrade to real fuel injection ;)
