The order of people getting them is (roughly and inaccurately) in the other thread. If you've changed your mind, post there, if you've just discovered this, post reserving a spare is someone else backs out.
At this point I think everyone should be obligated to follow through with their commitments, and find someone to replace them, if not. If you don't live by this, I'll not forget it.
