View Active Topics Fixed!

Hello All!
Today I figured out the view active topics thing... it turns out that the previous version misbehaved and that 3.0.6 and later respect the flags and that most forums weren't flagged for view active. So, I flagged the freeems ones only as those are the ones that are interesting, and I may add a few more too.
If there are sections that you want to see in that list, let me know here.
