I've just changed the board to subscribe everyone to topics to which they post by default. This is a good default for new users who tend to only post a little, then go away and forget. It's a terrible setting for existing long time users, however just go into your control panel and turn it off again if you want to. You can also enable/default on a post by post basis.

Alexey, please put a sticky/announce in your forums in Russian to inform your users.
