Phoned my rep and sent nasty email. Sadly, there are several other bills in the works that seem just as bad. The more that is revealed, the more it seems like a grab for control and not just anti-piracy.

well, due to the american occupation, I expect the same shit here in russia in next half year.

So if I understand this correctly all MS would have to do is accuse you of copyright infringement, the site would be blocked, and paypal would have to shut down your donate button. Leaving you with no coarse of action to prove otherwise. I wouldn't like it, but I wouldn't blame you for blocking all US IPs. If American people want to log in all they have to do is change there IP and there good to go
