Holset HE351VE standalone controller (arduino based)

I'm starting a new project controlling a Holset HE351VE VGT turbo. I'm building it based on Arduino with the following hardware properties:
- CAN BUS communications to control the veins
- MAX9926 to read turbo RPM's and engine RPM's (from any magnetic sensor pulley, camshaft sensor, etc..)
- two map sensors: one for turbo boost and another for checking manifold pressure
- read of TPS sensor
about software, for the moment I'm going to use a simple 3D table RPM vs TPS, logging RPM and MAP.
In future I would like to have a good PID system.
current status: CAN communications working and controlling successfully the turbo VGT motor. MAX9926 near working.
I don't have installed the map sensors yet.
Now software is just a few test methods.. I will release it in github when it's usable and not shit looking.

Any suggestions?
