I know that there are various Chinese manufacturers who produce a never-ending supply of cheap, fake Soviet goods for the CCCP fanboy market, but these are cheap and CCCP is cool!
I got some nice Ampseal connectors for the EMS housing itself and it would be a shame to introduce a weak point, I guess I want to know how badly a connector can actually be made, if I solder the wires and maybe use some zinc paste on the pins what's the worst that can happen, is it worth the risk?
